Instead of traditional receipt uploads or unclear forms, Bosch customers now start with a simple scan. Unique QR codes on the shop floor or product packaging take them directly to a user-friendly registration flow. Customers register their purchase in a few clicks, choose their cashback or gift and receive immediate confirmation. No hassle. No errors. This low-barrier entry improves the user experience and drives higher conversion.

2. Fully automated processing

Once the customer submits their details and proof of purchase, OCR and AI step in. Novik instantly checks product validity, promotion period, receipt amount and serial number. If everything is correct, the claim is automatically approved and the reward is paid out or shipped within a few days. If anything is missing, the system sends an automated follow-up request with clear instructions. Manual checks are only needed in exceptional cases. The process remains fast, reliable and scalable.

3. Data flow to the dashboard

Every interaction, from registration to payout, is stored in real time in one clear dashboard. Everything comes together here: customer data, purchase details, reward preferences, campaign channels and more.
